Scotty has 18 years of experience in the Supply Chain, Information Technology & Project Management industries on a diverse set of projects within the active duty military, government, and commercial contracting. Today Scotty focuses on business strategy and process leaning, PMO deployment, and Agile Adoption risk mitigation.
His work with the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corp as a contractor for many years instilled a unique set of skills across the business and technology boundaries. Continuous adaptation is the primary key Scotty uses to bridge this gap and translate solutions to and from Sr. Management Executives.
In addition to his workflow management and organization, Scotty's IT Management experiences include Program Strategy, Project Planning and Management, Process Analysis and Design, SDLC planning and IT Architecture. He has extensive tactical experience designing and executing upgrade and maintenance plans for large, high-availability, mission critical networks. Neelam has been conceptually involved in broad-spectrum project management and engineering experiences, including advanced lean management techniques.
