Description

The purpose of this course is to provide experienced ScrumMasters with additional techniques, which will help the ScrumMaster to propel the team into excellence and faster development. The class begins with a review of the top stumbling blocks that agile teams face. The course runs through agile techniques designed to counter each of the stumbling blocks. The course ends with a practice adapting the Scrum process to different environmental factors. This course is intended to give practical experience to those seeking to expand their agile practices.

Students are encouraged, to submit real world problems that they have experiencing or are experiencing on projects. After leaving this class, students will be able to handle advanced impediments to agile development by employing the appropriate agile technique to improve team performance.
